[FPSPACE] New TG1, TG2, SZ8 launch date?

The launch for TG1, TG2 and SZ8 seems to be 2011:

with the station (fuel transfer capabilities) due in 2017.

This leaves one wondering what happens 2008- 2010. 
Any short list of sats being launched?
What is the launch date for CE2?
Any idea of the times for the new lox propellant launchers?
What is the launch date for Phobos/Grunt?
