[FPSPACE] DSP-23 adrift in space...

DSP-23 the uncontrolled and drifting mil geo-sat passed quietly through13 
degrees east on Monday , home of the Eutelsat "Hotbird" constellation.
No close approaches were noted to any of the three comms sats operated by 
Eutelsat.

This is quite a crowded section of geo arc , with a constellation of five 
birds , further east ( 19 degrees ) , operated by SES ASTRA.

At its present rate , DSP will approach the Astras towards the end of 
January , meanwhile it has  further  geostationary spacecraft to negotiate 
over the next six degrees before passing through the astra slot.
