I don't know how this system is named in english but  here it is called SLI.
If somebody try to get in a satellite  they  will explode together.
So no any serious person can propose idea to steal a  vehicle of other side.



If a country has to steal a satellite in orbit to see how it is made,  then 
it's spies weren't doing their job on the ground when it was  constructed! ;o)
