It is not exactly correct. The correct statement is that Korolev wound up
in the same sharashka as Glushko. And indeed, Korolev was Glushko's
deputy since 1942 through 1944 when both were officially freed till the
move into Germany in 1945.

You should understand that Glushko was sent to sharashka directly from
the court. He never made it to Kolyma, if one may say this way. Korolev's
way to Kazan was much more painful.
