Russia is reporting a crash of a Proton M/Briz M this morning carrying Japanese satellite JCSAT 11. Initial reports are that the failure took place at 74km altitude, at 139sec when there was a separation failure. There was no explosion at altitude - the stages then curved down to impact 50km from Dzezhkazgan. Brian Harvey Dublin, Ireland
