Peter, I don't KNOW that -- but I do suspect, from experience,
that whenever somebody SAYS "everybody knows", it precedes
a political trick. The way I see it -- this isn't the forum to debate it,
but notice needs to be given that your political gimmick is bogus -- 
the 'Plame Outing' meme started as, thrived as, and zombie-like
survives reality checks as, a looney-left ideological delusion dreamed up 
as domestic US political propaganda. Sadly, a very effective one, too.
