Congratulations Phil - it looks like you called it.

The launch date for CE2 drops into place, and the operational date for CZ5.

The budget numbers also fall out from this - around another "187$ million", in other words the same level of funding.

Of course, all plans are subject to change. The instruments on CE1 still have to work.
