[FPSPACE] New Roscosmos publication

There are three editions: 2005 Russian, 2007 Russian and 2007 English. All
of them were originally intended to be Roscosmos official souvenirs. As soon
as 2007 revised edition is now out of press, I assume they would send more
of remaining 2005 to sale.
