[FPSPACE] New Roscosmos publication

Its a book that is issued every year . So I have the one from last  
year for sale.
Its only available at roscosmos >So you need to have friends. Now you  
understand why I go so often to Russia. Without friends I dont have  
any info.

PS any one interested in a picture of the new Sputnik monument in  
Korolov. I have not seen it on the net.
