[FPSPACE] Robert Bigelow's Space Plans

This is not news: Bigelow has been talking about doing business with  
government space agencies along those lines since at least last July,  
if not earlier.

Also, Bigelow's announcement next month will be at the National Space  
Symposium in Colorado Springs, not the Space Frontier Conference  
(although the confusion is understandable: Bigelow Aerospace is  
usually considered one of the leading "NewSpace" companies, and the  
symposium is considered very much an "OldSpace" event, if you will.)
