Elon Musk plans to give it a go again today.

For the naysayers among us, if the launch attempt fails, note that an 
essential feature of capitalism is precisely that competition 
generates both successes and failures. Just because the Japanese 
restaurant down the street fails, doesn't mean that capitalism 
doesn't work. Likewise, if the Falcon I works, it doesn't mean that 
every private enterprise is inherently better than government 
agencies, just that SpaceX was one of the good ones.
