[FPSPACE] regarding Maxim

Dear FPS list,

I have been informed offline that the driver who killed Maxim was
found and sent to court. I did not know this. Last I heard, the
police were dragging their heels on the matter. I stopped following
Maxim's story after a year or so, and I don't always read my
[FPSpace] like I should (if indeed that development was posted).
Please accept my apologies.

PS. I don't know the outcome of the court case or trial, either. Does
