Good grief,

     isn't it more than three decades since ye olde Soviet Union got
Progress I docked with a Salyut?

And the astronauts still have to lug by hand containers of water from
STS into the ISS, like shantytown dwellers?
When will the USA catch up? Or who will finally become no. 2 to acquire
space refuleing capabilities? ESA or PRC?
