[FPSPACE] RD-254?

Respected Space Geeks!
 
Three RD-254 engines (high altitude versions of the RD-253) were proposed  
for the UR-700 Block V. I can find specifications for this engine, but  nothing 
clear on how far along in development this engine was before it was  canceled. 
Anyone here ever seen a test item, prototype, or even drawing of the  RD-254? 
All I've come up with is this ...
