Here's the posting regarding the Portree Family Fund. 

I saw this on the Flagstaff newspaper website (www.azdailysun.com) 

"Martha's friends have established an account at Bank of America to
receive contributions in support of the Portree family. Individuals
wishing to contribute to this account can go to any branch of Bank of
America and ask to deposit funds into the "Martha Portree's Family Fund"
account. The account will be open no longer than a month, with the
proceeds then delivered to her surviving husband and daughter to help
with what must be a growing stack of unanticipated expenses."
