[FPSPACE] SAR Lupe 2 and Cosmos 3M launch

Hi,

The second Sar Lupe satellite has been launched with a Cosmos 3M 
vehicle on July 2 2007.

I presume the launch vehicle used the same shroud as the previous SAR 
Lupe launch on December 19 2006 ?
