*Subject:* Trying to trace a KuaFu 1 photograph

The KuaFu 1 satellite was launched on the maiden flight of the CZ-3A,
along with ShiJian 4, back in February 1994.

Although the role of the satellite has never been explained to my
knowledge, I recall seeing a black and white photograph of it in a
Chinese-language magazine a few months after the launch. As I recall,
it was shaped like a drum, with a slightly tapering top and with solar
cells covering the visible body.

Does anyone know whether this or any other KuaFu photographs have been
posted online, please? - I have been searching without any results.

Apparently the KuaFu name will also be applied to two future Chinese
satellites which are planned for solar studies.

Many thanks for any help .........

Phillip Clark
