Yes, the launch will be from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The saudi sats are 
SaudiSat-3, SaudiComsat-3, SaudiComsat-4, SaudiComsat-5, SaudiComsat-6 and 
SaudiComsat-7. The other sats on this launch will be from other countries.
