[FPSPACE] Russia may open new space launch site - Space Agency

I am very sckeptical about that statements. French and Russian authorities 
seem more and more favorable to manned launches from Kourou. After the 
cancellation of the Shuttle, this possibility is all but unlikely!

I can't imagine that manned Soyouz spacecrafts could be launched from three 
different sites!
