Jim:

Bizer-3 is the flight computer on Sea Launch and Proton. I believe 
that Zenits use an earlier version of Bizer, and so "Zenit M" or 
"Zenit-2" represents the change to the upgraded Bizer.  Other 
proposed launch vehicles were supposed to use Bizer-3, as well. I do 
not known if Soyuz-2 uses Bizer or not.
