Well, Perminov said that the 2040 program provides for:
* Development of the new piloted space system by 2015 with a new launch site
for it;
* Finishing ISS by 2015 and operating it by 2020;
* The Moon program with Moon base in 2027-2032;
* The Mars program since 2035;
* And developing the asteroid defense system.
One little detail is the the 2040 plan has not been approved -- yet, as
Perminov claims.
