[FPSPACE] Is the Tourist around-the-Moon program dead?

In light of the lack of information on this program at MAKS, I thought I
would ask if the Sevastyanov-inspired Tourists-around-the-Moon idea is now
dead, and whether the Chelsea soccer club owner is going to get whatever
down payment he put down reimbursed.

 

There was supposed to be another such investor interested in this
project-had that person ever been identified?

 

Does anyone know the answers to these questions?
