[FPSPACE] TORU signals from Progress heard in Stockholm - MINUS misprint

Progress M-61 heard on 121.75 MHz at 1831.14-1833.10 UT. It was a very 
low-elevation pass here in Stockholm. However TORU signals were heard. On 
130.167 Hz the TORU did not quite break through the noise, but the presence 
of a carrier was evident. Docking should have occurred at 1838 UT, i.e. two 
minutes ago.
