The key word is "considered".
Not one word as to whether the result of that considering was yes or
no.
So assume you will hear nothing further unless there is concrete
evidence.
Like pouring concrete. grin :)
I will be very happy 2B proved wrong, but...
Remember all the hype on FPSPACE maybe one or two yrs ago about a
Kliper mock-up?
That Kliper had "a multi-year budget"?
Today we all know that Kliper has joined that long rollcall of
engineers' dreams:

* Dyna-soar
* Sanger
* Hermes
* Oriental Express
* NASP
And there will be future others to add to the rollcall of dreams....
