Yuval Neeman, 80, a Physicist Who Helped Israel Enter Space, Is Dead

JERUSALEM, April 26 (AP) — Yuval Neeman, founder of Israel's space program 
and an important figure in the nation's nuclear efforts, died Wednesday in 
Tel Aviv, several days after he had a stroke. He was 80.
