TORU heard on 121.75 MHz at 1912.33-1913 UT on 25 April 2006. This must be 
from the Progress, since the ISS was below the horizon and very far away. 
My guess is that the test is made against a ground station. I had stupidly 
set the receiver on 130 MHz when I realized that the test must be made 
against a ground station and that I may be on the wrong frequency. Quickly 
changed to 121 MHz, and there it was!
