Other sources say that it was a K65M-R missile launched toward the
Sary-Shagan test site to test "new reentry vehicles and missile defense
penetration aids for land-based and sea-based missiles".

The fist launch from Kapustin Yar since 1999 took place at 1540UTC April
22nd. A 11K65M Kosmos-3M carried the Cosmos 2420 navy satellite into orbit.
