[FPSPACE] Presidential space accomplishments

I sometimes hit the Reply button, and not reply all.  In those cases  the 
response goes only to the sender, and not to the list-serve.  To avoid  sending a 
duplicate to the originator, I erase that address before I send to  fpspace 
... maybe that's what happened with the fourth(?).
 
In any regard, I found your synopsis of Presidential  accomplishments very 
interesting ...  Thank you.  Keep in mind,  though, in each case, except for 
Eisenhower, the incoming president had the  "momentum" of a program or programs 
started in the prior  administration.
