[FPSPACE] Shuttle ready to fly

On my way from work today, I heard a Public Radio report stating that NASA
Administrator requested Secretary of State to "amend" the law prohibiting
NASA purchases of the Russian hardware. Not sure if it also needs approval
of Congress and how soon it would take place, but sounded like an end to a
five-year-long stalemate.
