URS stands for "Ustroistvo Razvorachivaniya i Svorachivaniya" or "Deployment
and Retraction Device", in other words it is the hardware used for unfurling
and retracting the girder, not the girder itself. This is not to be confused
with URI ("Universal Manual Instrument"), the instrument used during the
same EVAs to weld elements of the frame's structure (a similar device was
used by Dzhanibekov and Savitskaya during their EVA in 1984).

Again, I don't know what the name of the girder itself was (if there was
any). The Soviet press reports about the EVA only mention a
"sharnirno-reshotchataya ferma", meaning something like a "lattice truss",
but this is just the general name for such structures.
