[FPSPACE] Ferma-Postroital? URS?

I'm trying to sort out the nomenclature of the girder assembly device used 
outside Salyut 7 by Kizim and Solovyov in 1986. I've seen it called URS and 
Ferma-Postroital. Also, what was the truss called? It's possible URS refers to the 
truss and Ferma-Postroital to the assembly device, or vice versa.

Does anyone know about this?
