[FPSPACE] First thoughts on Abbey / Lane report

 One person's opinion:
 
Abbey  and Lane have produced a document which says every Clinton adminsitration policy is right, every Bush policy is wrong, there's no reason to restrict satellite exports, the Bush Vision makes no sense, the Shuttle should fly many years longer, etc.  It reads like a leftover Kerry campaign policy paper.
 
I wonder if this report can be used as solid fuel in some future rocket design.
