  I'm afraid that's all too common, even amongst reporters. I have more
than once had the experience, when radio & newspaper reporters phone me
for soundbites, that I disagree with what their opinion, crudely
disguised as a loaded question, wants me to say.

  The reporter then procedes to pepper me with three or four variations
of the SAME question, in the manner of a lawyer cross-examining an
accused, or a witness of the accused. This goes on until I politely say
that I have already given my best analysis or judgement on that qustion.
If the reporter still does not like it, they are free to find another
expert with the opposite view! After all, I do not have unlimited time
to give unpaid soundbites which interrupt my concentration on my paid
job.
