Which part, I wonder.  I also wonder if any other spaceships have had 
parts made out of concrete.

Next up will be biological parts. Kliper will be the precursor to the Vorlon 
cruiser.

I suspect the translation is faulty here - that "concrete" ought to actually 
read "substantial." That is, the Europeans are proposing that they contribute 
some "substantial" spacecraft component, some bit that makes a difference, not 
just the chrome tail fins or cup holder.
