[FPSPACE] Progress M-55 heard again - very strong

Signals on 166.0 MHz picked up on 22 December 2005 at 2310.44-2315.00 UT in 
Stockholm exactly on time according to the latest elset. Very strong TM. My 
receiver for 922 MHz does not work at the moment (the battery will not 
charge), so I cannot say anything about that fx.
