Was NPO Mashinostroyania one of the companies black listed by the U.S.
State Department for doing work with Iran in the late 1990s? I can't
remember.

*What info* is lost?
How soon (two years?), how much (two million?), the specs of the
"modified"
version (they only give the physical measurements of the current
model), how
they plan to launch these (Dnepr?), where they plan to launch from
(Isle of
Man?), and what's up with this "space station" (OPS-4?)?
There's not even mention of NPO Mashinostroenia's role in this or "The
Japan
Space Dream: A Takafumi Horie Project" who announced this as their
project
during this years "International Astronautical Congress" in Fukuoka,
Japan.
I'm betting at least 'some' of this info was presented by Mr. Dula.
