[FPSPACE] When Worlds Collide Revisited

To Al, Dwayne, Max, et al;
 
I would hate to see such a rigid enforcement of what was the  original 
purpose of this list -- Stick to FPS subjects - Russian/ US  space.  We have 
evolved, somewhat, and without any major  objection that I have seen, we have 
included topics about current and  historical rocket and space programs from ESA, 
Japan, China,  India, Iraq and North Korea, to mention a few.  


 
I don't think it hurts the list to sometimes remind members of the original  
intent or purpose, but the US and Russia are not the only players in the game 
of  cooperation in space.  Several people have posted things that appear on  
other lists without incurring the open wrath of other FPS members, so it may 
not  be fair to single out anyone.  It is the input from all of us that makes  
this list special for us.
