We have an answer!
Bert Vis has mailed FPS but his message is awaiting approval by the
moderator since Bert is being told that he is "not a member", which he
doesn't understand as he has posted in the past without any problem.
He has identified the site and in his message has apparently pointed out
buildings on the picture, for those who are interested.
Pending publication of his message, Bert says further searching is not
necessary - he has found the prize!
