Many Thanks - but this isn't it I'm afraid.

This looks very very new, plus it's not in the pine forests that surround
the CTC.

I have also been sent :

   lat:  55 deg 52' 47.02"
Long: 38 deg 06' 42.71"

This looks much more promising, but unfortunately it is very poor resolution
so difficult to be certain.

For those using Google Earth, compare the CTC resolution to that of the
nearby airstrip - if only the sat had captured a few more miles of hi-res
images!

 I'm not at all sure this is it, but it looks promising and fits a Russian
description I found as being 30 km from Moscow along the Shchelkovo highway.

(It didn't help a bit that Google spells it "Scjolkovo"):
