Unless you count a few Soviet and US ASAT tests; but maybe that's stretching
the meaning of "rendezvous."
Actually, AFAIK , the closing speed of the Soviet co-orbital ASATs on their
targets wasn't all that great, so maybe it did get into the realm of
something you could reasonably call "rendezvous." Not "rendezvous and
docking," of course.
