[FPSPACE] SBIRS-High still grounded

Is there any indication as to whether  "High" is the GEO or HEO version?  If 
HEO, it also has implications for intelligence satellites, as SBIRS-HEO is 
supposed to be hosted on the JUMPSEAT/TRUMPET follow-on.
