summitted since '01?

Also,  all the deaths were not associated with summit
attempts. Some significant risk percentage value
would have to estimate how many total have gobe to
Everest to hike -- including no summit attempts -- 
and with every trip there counting as one 'unit' (that
is, somebody going back 4 or 8 times counts that
many times), otherwise it's himalayan apples and oranges time.
