[FPSPACE] NASA talks with China?

The current issue of Aviation Week has a little note in its Washington Outlook section indicating that NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe will be meeting witth the head of the Chinese National Space Agency Sun Laiyan on December 2 at NASA HQ.

NASA describes this as a "courtesy visit" and O'Keefe claims to not know who made the initial overture.  The Chinese agency was invited to and atttended a three-day workshop on NASA's Moon/Mars exploration plans.
