[FPSPACE] Launch of Progress M-51 postponed

the launch of Progress M-51 was shifted one day, i.e. from December 23rd to December 24th. Reason: to optimize the rendezvous with ISS (result of analysis of the impact of underburn by DPO thrusters in the last orbit correction on Nov. 17th).
