Of course, being satellites, that means every corner of the world between
50th parallels North, and therefore South, at a minimum. If polar birds,
then just every corner, period.

But openness is what Open Skies is all about. You can't complain if other
people take advantage of a regime you set up. It is my firm belief that the
more eyes up there, the better off everybody is.
