[FPSPACE] Soyuz 2/Oblik dummy

Several other sources quoted 21:38 as the time of separation of 
the dummy from the upper stage into the orbit. It is still a question 
what kind of "orbit" it was.

Just for the record, the first paragraph of the above says launch 
was from 
Plesetsk at 21:30 Moscow time 8 November 2004. The stated 
impact time in the 
Pacific was 21:38, but I don't see how that can be correct given 
where 
Plesetsk and the Pacific are.
