[FPSPACE] French space surveillance radar receiver site

It appears that the GRAVES receiver site is not actually at the old IRBM 
support base on the Plateau d'Albion, but a short distance away at one of 
the former launch sites.  (This looks like quite scenic countryside, BTW, 
probably worth a driving trip.)

rejoindre St Christol et Simiane. Le long de la première (D218), deux sites, 
la ZL 2.6 et la ZL 1.4. La ZL 2.6 en face la chapelle Notre Dame de 
l'Ortiguière a été reconvertit en septembre 1997 et accueille les antennes 
radar GRAVES (Grand Réseau Adapté à la VEille Spatiale) pour la surveillance 
de l'espace de l'ONERA développées avec Thomson-CSF."

ZLs are former IRBM launch sites.
