[FPSPACE] Space Based Radar is doomed

unmanned aerial vehicles with only nine satellites on orbit."

And once you get to the point of needing air breathers to fill in the gaps,
why not just use FIA, possibly enlarged a bit, as the satellite component of
the system?  Anyway, as mentioned earlier, the apparent redundancy between
SBR and the FIA radarsats has been something of a puzzle.
