[FPSPACE] Quake rattled Earth's orbit ?

This morning I managed to catch ISS skipping across the moon.
It arrived nearly two seconds early , and was slightly south of the 
predicted track.

The US Geological Survey is quoted today as  saying that the quake may have 
rattled earth's orbit.....

I pretty sure the time difference I encountered this morning may be due to 
my incorrect GPS time synchronisation.....but would be interested to know if 
anyone else suspects a slight orbit change.
