[FPSPACE] Stealth spysat?

 I wonder if any of the Russian readership might be kind enough to scan a 
copy of the article and e-mail it to me -- Misty and the suspected second 
stealthy LEO spysat, USA 144, are things I try to keep up on.  Thanks in 
advance, of course.
